Abstract

Parents’ have constitutional rights to raise children in accordance with their self-beliefs and religious beliefs, and thus have an impact on their education. The legislature has created specific mechanisms for the influence of parents on public schools, including a model of education and classes. Unfortunately, the implementation of this right has encountered numerous problems. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the applicable regulations and formulate postulates de lege ferenda.
